Please take note of the clinic's cancellation policy.  This allows me to manage my speech therapy waitlists and provide appointments for those who are waiting to attend for speech and language therapy.  While personal circumstances can be taken into consideration, the following cancellation policy applies:

48 hours notice given:

If you provide at least 48 hours notice, there are no fees due.

Less than 48 hours notice:

If you provide less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the fees will be due.

Day of appointment/non-attendance:

​

If you cancel the day of the appointment or do not attend the arranged appointment, 75% of the fees will be due.
